Ohio Police posted an alarming photos of a couple overdose on heroin with their child in the backseat. Officers in Liverppl City conducted a traffic stop on Wednesday after receiving a report abort a Ford Explorer bearing West Virginia plate number driving carelessly and weaving in and out of the lanes.
Offer Kevin Thompson when approached the vehicle, found the driver, James Acord in a bad state and his speach was almost unreasonable. He also notice the passenger, Rhonda Pasek, has completely passed out.
Thompson according to him, believed that Acord was trying to explain that he was taking Pasek to the hospital.
